So, you're saying, if I'm hearing you correctly, that your book of, Two Relationship Tool, can help to evaluate a couple's compatibility and actually show them, or maybe even predict, if a couple's gonna have a long-lasting relationship? Dr.Brown: Well, E-Rock, I wish it were that simple. No, we're not as rational a creature at that. However, I think a tool like this can definitely help in the screening process. For example, a client of mine, let's call her Sally, was in the early stages of a relationship with a man she just met. And something didn't feel quite right. So she and her potential partner got a Book Of Two and as they started understanding and working through the results, she realized that she needed long-term a lot more spontaneity than she was going to be able to get from this guy. It just wasn't his usual style. And as she looked at her own situation, and her own usual style, what I call her strengths, she realized she was gonna have a hard time meeting his needs as well. So, she decided that she was gonna put the relationship on ice for a while. As she said, maybe we'll come back to a relationship later but if we do, we're gonna have some serious discussions on how we navigate these differences right up front.
